Casa Asti occupies a 17th-century townhouse with original stone walls and marble floors. The hotel is a centuries-old family-run operation, with the 92-year-old owner Annie still present as the soul of the property. Guests see antique collections, chandeliers, and artwork displayed on every level, creating a small museum inside the building.

The Galea Suite, Frans suite, and room Tony 7 each feature private bathrooms-some with separate access across the corridor. Family rooms include kitchenettes, balconies, and parquet floors, while air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature. Soundproofing is limited due to the historic structure, but rooms offer high ceilings and views of the street or terrace.

The Asti Brasserie, attached to Casa Asti, serves Mediterranean cuisine for brunch, lunch, high tea, and dinner. Each Friday and Saturday, live music from Vince draws guests and locals into dancing on the street. The restaurant also offers cocktails and a relaxed setting for daytime meals.
